MIDDLE ATLANTIC PRODUCTS RackToolsT 3 FREE LAYOUT AND SPECIFICATION PACKAGE DEBUTS AT CEDIA EXPO 2005 This significant upgrade features full AutoCAD compatibility, is available in web and stand-alone versions and does not require any third party software. INDIANAPOLIS, INDIANA, September 9, 2005 - In an introduction as important and ground-breaking as the software's debut in 2001, Middle Atlantic Products today unveiled RackToolsT 3 to the custom home integration market featuring full AutoCAD compatibility, operating independence from third-party software and availability in web and stand-alone versions. With quick, automatic updates and the ability to transparently port projects between RackTools and AutoCAD, RackToolsT 3 improves the efficiency and accuracy of project workflow. RackToolsT 3 gives integrators the added ability to preview a project through side and rear views in addition to the front and plan views, a feature exclusive to the program. Rack ToolsT 3 runs on the Microsoft .net framework, standard on computers running Windows XP Service Pack 2, and is included in the RackToolsT 3 install package. The .net framework gives RackToolsT 3 significant advantages over other web-based platforms, including higher security, and minimal resource usage. RackToolsT 3 is available in web-based or standalone versions and contains the entire Middle Atlantic Products product database.
